With reference to my despatch No.281 of the

12th of June, 1931, I have the honour to forward for

your information the accompanying copy of the

Second Annual Report of the Hong Kong Society for

the Protection of Children.

2. A sum of $3,000 has been included in the

estimates for 1932 as a contribution from the

Government to the funds of the Society.
